Customs
When ordering goods from Vani Fine Arts Ltd, for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from vanifinearts.net, you are considered the importer of records and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Lost and missing deliveries
Please note that all our orders are sent using First Class Recorded Delivery if however, packages have not been received by you within 10-12 working days of placing your order and you have not been notified of any delay in dispatch you should contact Vanifinearts clearly stating your Name, Order number and Date of order. Vanifinearts Ltd will not take responsibility for goods that are not collected from the Post Office in the instance of the recipient not being available in the first delivery instance. For items that have not been called for and returned back to Vanifinearts Ltd, Vanifinearts Ltd will reserve the right to charge postage for re-sending the goods.
Returns
Your Right To Cancel
If you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of placing the order.
In addition to your legal rights and obligations should you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order by calling us on or emailing us at support@vanifinearts.net up until the point of its dispatch to you.
After the point of dispatch to you, you can return any item to us for refund, as long as it is unused and returned with any seals and shrink-wrap intact. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
For online downloads, we will not be able to refund any money after your purchase. How ever if you are facing difficulties to download the songs, then please do contact us via support@vanifinearts.net describing the situation and our support team will assist you with in 7days.
If you are amending your order, please be aware that your delivery time and the price you have been quoted may change as a result. Our Customer Service Team will advise you of this when you call.
Please note refunds cannot be given on Gift Vouchers.

In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault
In most cases you will be advised to wrap the item in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories as appropriate, including details of your verification id, Name, Address, Contact details and reason for the return.
